Beijing

We went to the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Tianamen Square, a pearl market, and the Acrobat Show. It's really nice to NOT be in charge and just sit back and relax. The traffic is just as I remembered... terrifying! Our food has been delicious. Yoshi took us to a resteraunt he thought we would all enjoy and he was right. I saw the braised duck tounge and beef tripe, but there were also many other less adventerous choices. We settled for a chicken/peanut dish with rice.

Today we go to the Great Wall and then straight to the airport. I can't believe we will be in Lydia's province today! There is a chance we will get her tonight, but we won't know until we get there. We saw some of the most beautiful children yesterday, and I especially got a kick out of the split pants!

Had my first run in with a squat pot, surprisingly it was not so bad. Just have to remember to get the TP BEFORE you close the door. (the TP is at the front entrance on one big communal roll)

I miss the boys, everytime we turn around we are talking about them. Thank you for your prayers, we need them.

If all goes well there should be some photos!

More prayers coming your way! Can't wait to see Lydia in your arms....AND....if your boys are anything like mine, you're missing them more than they're missing you.
Blessings,

Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
We'll continue to check the blog looking for the glad gotcha day!!
I'm crying AGAIN.... I'm sure a mess waiting to see this grand event. Everything is unfolding right before our eyes as we all knew that it would.
Sure those big brothers are anxious as well!
MUCH LOVE TO THE WHOLE FAMILY!

As Jadewyn and Isaac were taking a bath tonight..(we had just got off of your blog and were talking about Lydia)... anyway, a ladybug came crawling across the side of the bath tub. Jadewyn yelled... A ladybug Moma... I said "Lydia"... and we all burst into laughter. Isaac kept saying "Yiiiiyaaaa" (can't say the L's or the D's).
Anyway they were so excited... We took pictures of them with the ladybug and celebrated ! I'll send you the pics.... WHAT TIMING!! They are carrying the ladybug around in a cup and fighting over who will hold Lydia. Soooo Funny!

Yeah!!! We are waiting on pins and needles for the big moment - I wonder if you are able to get any rest. The boys are fine and Mom is having a pretty good time with them in Alma. They have skype all set up and ready for the big day.

Love,
Cheryl
